    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using DentBrain's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    2. Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily use DentBrain's platform for personal or commercial dental practice management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    • Modify or copy the materials
    • Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of dental practice management
    • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on DentBrain's platform
    • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

    3. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

    4. HIPAA Compliance

    DentBrain is committed to HIPAA compliance. All patient data is encrypted and stored securely. Users must also ensure they follow HIPAA guidelines when using our platform.

    5. Service Availability

    While we strive for 99.9% uptime, DentBrain does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily disrupts service with advance notice when possible.

    6. Payment Terms

    Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    7. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

    8. Changes to Terms

    DentBrain reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
